This role is designed for a seasoned Pre-Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the B2B enterprise software space. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in SaaS architecture and infrastructure (APIs, Directories, Cloud) combined with the "soft skills" necessary to navigate complex strategic sales. While the role is remote-friendly within Spain, a residence in Madrid is preferred to support the Iberia region.
The position offers a structured "Path to Success" onboarding program, including Challenger Sales training and technical scrum groups, making it excellent for professional development. You will act as a key technical advisor, participating in Proof of Value (POV) evaluations and influencing product management. The role involves roughly 35% travel across Iberia to engage with strategic enterprise accounts.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have 3+ years of specific experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA/IAM).
* Are comfortable performing deep-dive technical discovery and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
* Can articulate complex technical solutions in terms of business value to C-suite stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Risk.
* Are proficient in English and ideally Portuguese to support the regional market.
