Application Support Engineer (Java, Python, Kubernetes) at SailPoint

This role is ideal for a mid-career DevOps or Engineering professional who excels at troubleshooting complex SaaS environments. You should have a deep understanding of microservices architecture and a background in 24x7 production operations. The hiring team is specifically looking for someone with strong AWS, Kubernetes, and scripting skills who can act as the "first line of defense" for technical escalations. While this is a remote-friendly position with access to an office for team collaboration, **you must be physically located in the UAE.** This is a unique opportunity to build out a regional presence for a global leader in identity security.
