About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Crisis Supervisor to join our growing Crisis Management team at Charlie Health. This role will oversee a team of Crisis Managers and ensure the efficient, high-quality delivery of crisis intervention services to our clients. The Crisis Supervisor will serve as a frontline leader, providing guidance, support, and training to the Crisis Management team, while ensuring that performance standards are met. This role will also collaborate closely with the Crisis Care Delivery Manager and other department leads to maintain an effective crisis response structure.

Responsibilities


Handle client escalations and complex cases, ensuring swift resolution and positive client outcomes.

Collaborate with the Care Delivery Manager to oversee scheduling, after-hours support, and weekend coverage for the Crisis Manager team.

The total target compensation for this role will be between $75,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

Based on the nature of this role, you will need to complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients. Please note that the cost for this background check will be paid for in full by Charlie Health.
