This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation or telemarketing, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector. Since you will be targeting the Italian market, native or fluent Italian language skills are mandatory. The company is looking for a "wicked smart" self-starter who can transition from generating outbound opportunities to closing deals independently within their first year.
The position offers a structured path to success with clear 3, 6, and 12-month milestones, including "Challenger Sales" training and mentorship from Account Executives. It is a hybrid role, allowing for a balance between remote work and collaboration at modern hubs in either London or Madrid. You'll work with a high-end tech stack—including LinkedIn, 6Sense, and Salesforce—to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones.
