This role is designed for an ambitious sales professional currently working in an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) capacity within the enterprise software space. It is a unique "hybrid" closing role specifically built for those ready to transition into a full-cycle Account Executive career. You must be bilingual (French/English) and based in Montreal or Quebec to qualify. The position offers a highly structured path to success with clear 3, 6, and 12-month milestones. You will benefit from a competitive OTE of 120k CAD with uncapped commissions, allowing for significant earning potential. While the role is remote, you will be deeply integrated into a collaborative team of field sales leaders, solution engineers, and channel partners. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of generating a SaaS pipeline and closing smaller deals or upsells. * Are fully fluent in both French and English and live in the Quebec province. * Proficiency in a modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, and 6Sense. * Are looking for a defined career ladder that leads to becoming a full Outside Account Executive.
