This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with **1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR** within the software industry. SailPoint is looking for someone who has already mastered top-of-funnel prospecting and is ready to transition into a "closing" role. Since this is a hybrid position, you must be based in the Austin, Texas area and comfortable working from the headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The position offers a structured path to career advancement, moving from discovery call shadowing to independent deal closing within 12 months. The compensation includes a base salary between **$43k–$72k**, plus eligibility for corporate bonuses, commissions, and equity participation.
