This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in the Software or SaaS industry, specifically within consulting or professional services. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between sales and delivery, possessing at least 3 years of project management experience and 1 year of people management. You should be comfortable navigating high-level client relationships while managing the financial health and technical scope of complex identity security implementations. A standout feature of this position is its hybrid nature, blending tactical project management with pre-sales engagement, such as responding to RFPs and drafting Statements of Work (SOW). As a fully remote role based in Brazil, it offers significant flexibility while providing a clear leadership track.
