This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the Enterprise space, specifically targeting accounts in the $2B–$5B revenue range. You should be a "team-selling" advocate who excels at quarterbacking complex deals alongside pre-sales, partners, and customer success teams. Experience in the Identity Security sector (IAM) is a significant advantage, particularly if you have navigated competitive landscapes involving Microsoft, Okta, or Saviynt.
A standout feature of this position is the remote flexibility combined with a highly structured "path to success" onboarding roadmap, ensuring you have clear milestones for your first six months. While the role is remote, it focuses on the Bay Area territory and requires roughly 50% travel for client engagements. The compensation package is robust, featuring a base salary, commission/bonus eligibility, equity participation, and a "flexible vacation" policy.
