This role is designed for a seasoned leader with a strong background in revenue operations, renewals, or customer success within the SaaS space. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team and possesses a deep understanding of forecasting methodologies. You should be highly proficient in data-driven decision-making, comfortable navigating complex customer negotiations, and skilled at using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to drive predictable outcomes.
A major highlight of this position is the remote-first culture and the compensation structure. While the base salary ranges from $83,300 to $140,000, this incentive-eligible sales role offers the potential for a commission target of up to 100% of your base.
