This role is designed for a seasoned real estate professional with an active **Minnesota Certified Residential Appraiser** license, specifically living in or near the **Duluth, MN** area. The ideal candidate has deep local market knowledge, a clean disciplinary record, and extensive experience with various form types (1004, 2055, etc.) and USPAP standards. This is a unique field-based remote position that offers the backing of a Fortune 100 company while maintaining the autonomy of an appraiser. Compensation follows a **commission-style model**, paid as a state minimum wage draw against a percentage fee split, which rewards high productivity.
