This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a deep background in the cybersecurity landscape. The ideal candidate has over a decade of B2B leadership experience, specifically within Identity Management or Software Security. You should be a high-energy mentor who can manage a team of 6–8 strategic account executives while simultaneously diving into high-stakes negotiations and territory design.
The position offers a strong remote-work culture (specifically for candidates in MA or NY) combined with high-touch engagement, requiring about 50% travel. While the base salary ranges up to $234k at the maximum, the total compensation package is highly competitive, including commissions, equity participation, and a flexible vacation policy. It’s a strategic "player-coach" role where you will influence both internal sales methodology and external market presence.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 5+ years of leadership experience specifically in **Identity Access Management (IAM)** or Software Security.
* Are comfortable maintaining a heavy travel schedule to meet with strategic clients and partners across the Northeast.
* Have a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar team quotas in a SaaS environment.
* Enjoy "hands-on" leadership, from conducting weekly pipeline reviews to assisting in complex deal closings.
