Job Description

Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator

About MealSuite

MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator to join our Growth & Sales Enablement team. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our sales enablement function — keeping our content library current, our tools running smoothly, and our reps equipped with everything they need to win. This role is a direct backfill of a critical function that supports pipeline health, content currency, and rep productivity across the sales organization.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Enablement Support

• Sales Team Collateral Support – Serve as first line of support for “where do I find…” questions from Account Executives and partner-facing reps. Locate and share correct collateral quickly, triage inbound help requests, and maintain quick-reference Guru cheat sheets on a biweekly cadence.

• Guru Content Publishing & Maintenance – Upload and publish all sales collateral following established taxonomy and tagging standards. Run monthly/quarterly content audits to flag stale or incorrect material, archive outdated assets, and own day-to-day Guru admin including permissions and verification cadences.

• Sales Asset Library Management – Maintain the one-pager, battlecard, case study, and central collateral repository. Enforce file naming conventions and version control, format enablement docs into on-brand templates, and maintain PandaDoc template library, proposal language, and Gong email templates.

• Competitive Intelligence Maintenance – Execute weekly battlecard updates (internal and partner-facing), maintain the internal Competitor Deep Dive Sheet, and update “How We Win” / Value Prop materials on a monthly cadence.

• Partner Enablement Support – Maintain the partner resource hub, pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive toolkit, and demo materials, executing edits and updates against direction from the Sales Enablement Manager.

Operations & Coordination

• Training & Enablement Session Coordination – Schedule all enablement sessions for internal and partner audiences, send invites, reminders, and follow-ups, track attendance and completion, and maintain the training library and enablement calendar.

• Lead Management & Routing – Receive, vet, and input inbound leads into Salesforce. Clean and format tradeshow/marketing lead lists for upload, ensure accurate lead assignment per territory and segmentation rules, and monitor the voicemail line for inbound sales inquiries.

• Reporting, Adoption & Communications – Produce monthly Guru adoption reports, run biweekly enablement communications, execute monthly tool adoption follow-ups, and support the Voice-of-Field feedback loop.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years in a sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, or marketing operations coordinator role

• Direct experience managing a CRM — Salesforce strongly preferred — including lead intake, data hygiene, and routing (2+ years)

• Experience maintaining a knowledge base or content management system such as Guru, Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent (1+ years)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for document formatting and reporting

• Experience with PandaDoc or similar proposal/template management tool is an asset

• Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms is an asset

• Comfort leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate content drafting and workflow is an asset

• Detail-obsessed executor — catches errors, enforces standards, and keeps systems clean without being asked

• Proactive self-starter who identifies gaps and takes initiative before problems surface

• Service-oriented communicator who responds quickly, communicates clearly, and makes reps feel supported

• Calm under competing priorities — manages overlapping daily, weekly, and monthly cadences without losing the thread

Compensation

$72,200–$86,600 CAD per year  |  $70,300–$84,300 USD per year

This is a remote/hybrid role open to candidates across North America.
