Senior DevOps Engineer - Data Store at SailPoint

This role is designed for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in managing distributed data stores and cloud infrastructure within a production SaaS environment. You should be highly proficient in AWS and Kubernetes, with a specific focus on maintaining the health and availability of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, as well as data streaming tools like Kafka. The position offers the flexibility of remote work but carries a strict residency requirement: you must be **physically located in the UAE** to meet data sovereignty and customer needs. You will play a foundational role in standing up and supporting the Identity Security Cloud platform in this specific region, offering high visibility and the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert for the local data store architecture. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have extensive experience managing databases (MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) in AWS. * Are comfortable in a 24x7 on-call rotation ensuring the reliability of large-scale enterprise software. * Experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and Jenkins, and scripting languages like Python or Bash. * Are currently based in the UAE and willing to participate in required in-person interviews and team sessions.
