This role is designed for a seasoned ServiceNow expert with at least 5 years of experience specifically focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate is a technical leader who has mastered Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM) and can navigate complex enterprise integrations with tools like SCCM, Jamf, and Tanium. You should be comfortable acting as both a high-level architect and a hands-on developer.
