This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with a background in technical operations or customer onboarding, specifically within the telecommunications or SaaS space. If you have experience navigating the "red tape" of SMS—such as Twilio configurations, 10DLC registration, and deliverability compliance—you’ll be a top contender. It requires a blend of technical curiosity (APIs/webhooks) and a meticulous eye for detail to prevent configuration errors.
