Sr. Manager, Product Design, Workflow at Zapier

This role is designed for a seasoned design leader with 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management capacity. You should have a background in high-complexity environments like developer platforms, builder tools, or technical workflow software. Because you will be overseeing the "Zap Editor," the team is looking for a systems-thinker who can translate technical constraints into intuitive no-code/AI building experiences. This is a **fully remote** leadership position, though it is specifically restricted to **Americas-based time zones** (PST, MT, or CT; notably excluding EST). You will manage a team of three designers and report directly to the Sr. Manager of Product Design.
