This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level HR professional with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to specialize in Total Rewards. The perfect candidate has a "roll up the sleeves" mentality and a strong interest in the technical side of human resources. Since this position involves heavy data reconciliation and vendor management, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is non-negotiable.
You will join a global Total Rewards team in a hybrid capacity, requiring only one day per week in the Ottawa office. This is a high-visibility operational role where you will manage the lifecycle of employee benefits across the US and international markets using Workday. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain deep compliance experience (such as 5500 filings and audits) and influence the employee experience through direct support and program renewals.

* Have 2+ years of HR experience and a desire to master global benefits administration.
* Are an Excel power user who enjoys troubleshooting data discrepancies and managing carrier file feeds.
* Have prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms and vendor enrollment portals.
* Thrive in fast-paced environments and can maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee matters.
