This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology. The team is looking for someone with a hunter mentality who has a proven track record of prospecting and closing net-new enterprise business. Ideally, you have a technical background and are comfortable navigating complex, consultative sales cycles within the open-source or observability ecosystem.
The compensation is highly competitive, with an OTE ranging from **$260k to $300k**, plus equity.
