This role is designed for a technical leader with a strong background in observability and post-sales customer success. You should have at least 3 years of management experience and a deep understanding of the "LGTM" stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir). The ideal candidate is a "player/coach" who can mentor a high-performing team of architects while providing executive-level technical strategy to major clients alongside the sales leadership team. The position offers a highly competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of €157,000 - €188,400 in Germany, complemented by Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
