This role is designed for a seasoned B2B SaaS professional with at least 3 years of experience in account management, renewals, or direct sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic negotiator who thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable managing "C-suite" relationships. You should have a deep understanding of software subscription lifecycles and the ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure industry-leading retention rates.
