This role is designed for a seasoned commercial professional with at least 7 years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Sales. It is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating complex "C-level" negotiations within enterprise-level accounts. You should have a proven background in managing the full post-sale lifecycle, specifically focusing on retention, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within a high-growth tech environment.
