This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional with a strong background in the SaaS ecosystem, specifically within the Martech or Customer Experience (CX) space. You should have a proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and building long-term executive relationships rather than just closing one-off transactions. Knowledge of the retail, e-commerce, or travel sectors in Brazil will give you a significant competitive advantage.
Based in Sao Paulo under a hybrid model, this position offers the chance to join a high-growth, woman-led unicorn recently backed by a $500M Series E. While the base salary isn't disclosed, the package is equity-heavy, including an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) that allows you to own a piece of the company.
