This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B sales professional who is eager to manage the full sales cycle within the Nordic market. While experience in SaaS is preferred, the core requirement is a proven track record of cold outreach, prospecting, and closing deals. If you are comfortable navigating the Danish and Norwegian business landscapes and enjoy a fast-paced "hunter" role, this is a great match.
You’ll be selling a market-leading ATS and employer branding platform to a global client base. The position offers a high-energy environment with a focus on professional development and "uncapped" earning potential, meaning your performance directly dictates your commission. You have the choice of being based in their Stockholm or Copenhagen offices, working alongside a cross-functional team of marketing and customer success experts.
