Summary

This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a high-volume, "hunter" environment. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in self-sourced outbound sales and a proven track record of closing net-new business. Because you’ll be managing a book of 450 accounts and maintaining a pace of 3–5 meetings per day, you need exceptional time management skills and a talent for consultative discovery with small business owners. The compensation is highly competitive for a mid-level role, with a total cash range of $140,000–$160,000 plus potential equity (RSUs). HubSpot is a leader in remote work culture, offering full flexibility for US-based employees. The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
