## Job Description
The Verification Services team is looking for an Account Executive to drive and close new business within the mid-market Verification Services portfolio. You will deliver revenue growth across a shared mid-market book of business, partner with account teams to build client relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and serve as a subject-matter expert. You will help lead and support consultative sales engagements to uncover and progress new opportunities. You will report to the Sales Director.
- Manage Portfolio and Pipeline: Manage a defined book of business consisting of potential Verifications Services Mid-Market Clients. Implement strategies to uncover new business leads and grow revenue opportunities in existing prospects.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their challenges. Position Experian's Verification Services solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with other teams including sales, product, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences and lead long-term value and growth.
- Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and Verifications landscape dynamics. Share insights and best practices to influence internal strategy and client conversations.
## Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience with a background in new business revenue generation.
- Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales
- Experience in Verifications
- Understanding of corporate financial priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
- Experience delivering double digit revenue growth through solution selling.
- Experience working across industry organizations, including marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections.
- Experience engaging a client prospect list through cold-calls, emails, and value-added marketing to secure meetings/calls.
- Experience uncovering and identifying client needs and strategy for closing the engagement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
