This role is ideal for an early-to-mid-career sales professional with 1–2 years of inside sales and closing experience. It’s a great match for someone who enjoys "full-cycle" relationship management—you won't just be closing new deals; you'll also be responsible for up-selling and re-negotiating rates within an existing book of business. Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus, though the ability to master a complex product suite is the priority.
The compensation is competitive, with an OTE range of $92k–$115k plus equity (RSUs) and discretionary bonuses. You’ll work in a hybrid capacity out of the Boston office, enjoying high-end perks like daily free lunch, commuting coverage, and a new car discount.
