This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with 1–2 years of experience in SaaS who enjoys "warm" lead conversion. You will be working for **Urable**, a specialized business management platform within the Fullsteam ecosystem that serves niche service industries. If you are comfortable managing a full-cycle sales process—moving from initial outreach to product demos and final closing—this mid-level position offers a clear path to impact.
The most attractive aspect of this role is the **fully remote** flexibility paired with a competitive **$100k - $110k OTE** (base + commission). Unlike cold-calling heavy roles, you will primarily engage with prospects already in their **free trial window**, meaning you are selling to an audience that has already shown interest in the product. You'll also benefit from the stability of a large organization (1,900+ employees) while working on a specific, high-growth software tool.
