This role is ideal for a "founding AE" or an early-stage sales professional who enjoys building systems rather than just following them. You should have a background in technical B2B sales or RevOps, with a comfort level discussing APIs, infrastructure, and email deliverability. Since this is a mid-level role at a growing startup, they are looking for someone who acts like a "scientist"—testing hypotheses and documenting playbooks rather than just hitting a phone bank.
The compensation is highly competitive ($160k - $220k OTE) for a fully remote position in the Americas. A standout feature is the culture: the first 3-6 months focus on learning and experimentation rather than rigid quotas, and the team is even exploring shared quota models. You’ll work directly with the founders to scale a high-intent inbound funnel that already sees massive developer traction.
