This role is ideal for a "founding AE" or an early-stage sales professional who enjoys building systems rather than just following them. You should have a background in technical B2B sales or RevOps, with a comfort level discussing APIs, infrastructure, and email deliverability. Since this is a mid-level role at a growing startup, they are looking for someone who acts like a "scientist"—testing hypotheses and documenting playbooks rather than just hitting a phone bank. The compensation is highly competitive ($160k - $220k OTE) for a fully remote position in the Americas. A standout feature is the culture: the first 3-6 months focus on learning and experimentation rather than rigid quotas, and the team is even exploring shared quota models. Job Description

Over 1M developers have used Resend, and we're onboarding hundreds of new paying customers every day. We've built enrichment and segmentation systems to identify high-value accounts across our inbound funnel.

Founder-led sales have closed enterprise deals. We've brought in experienced GTM help to build early infrastructure and playbooks. We're looking for an Account Executive to join our small and growing Buyer Experience Squad.

This is a building and closing role. You'll take what exists, pressure-test it, expand it, and iterate on our repeatable sales motion. This role is remote based in the Americas Time Zones.
