You should be comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and selling technical infrastructure to sophisticated buyers like CTOs, Engineers, and IT leaders. While a background in databases or open-source tech is a major plus, the primary requirement is a proven track record of exceeding new business targets in a fast-paced software environment.
