The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mentality, a consultative selling style, and a strong existing network of decision-makers. While based in Singapore, you must be comfortable navigating regional markets and leveraging your linguistic expertise to build trust. Working in a hybrid model from Singapore, you will manage the full sales cycle—from cold calling and territory planning to closing high-value deals.
