Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive, mid-level sales professional with 3–7+ years of experience in SMB and Enterprise environments. While healthcare experience isn't required, you must have a "hunter" mentality and a passion for data-driven health tech. You should be based in NYC or Boston to facilitate in-person workshops and team collaboration, though the day-to-day work is remote. The position offers a 50/50 OTE split with a transparent salary determined by a location-based calculator. Beyond the base pay, the package is equity-heavy with generous early-stage options and unusual perks like $300 monthly learning stipends, $1,000 for home office setup, and international team offsites in locations like Morocco. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial and play a key role in building repeatable sales motions for a fast-scaling, YC-backed startup. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Thrive in early-stage startups and enjoy building your own pipeline from scratch. * Practice consultative, ethical selling and can navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals. * Are comfortable with a remote-first culture but value occasional in-person sessions in NYC or Boston. * Are motivated by driving new business ARR and increasing deal velocity in the healthcare infrastructure space.
