Summary
This role is ideal for a proactive, mid-level sales professional with 3–7+ years of experience in SMB and Enterprise environments. While healthcare experience isn't required, you must have a "hunter" mentality and a passion for data-driven health tech. You should be based in NYC or Boston to facilitate in-person workshops and team collaboration, though the day-to-day work is remote.
The position offers a 50/50 OTE split with a transparent salary determined by a location-based calculator. Beyond the base pay, the package is equity-heavy with generous early-stage options and unusual perks like $300 monthly learning stipends, $1,000 for home office setup, and international team offsites in locations like Morocco. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial and play a key role in building repeatable sales motions for a fast-scaling, YC-backed startup.

- You: An Account Executive who thrives in early-stage environments and cares deeply about fixing healthcare. You're comfortable taking full ownership of pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise customers
- Us: Team of 2 AE's (and growing!) with support from an SDR team of 2 (also growing!)

Why we need this roleAs we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring our next Account Executive alongside [Brad](https://www.linkedin.com/in/brad-ruzicka/) and [Kendall](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kendall-duboc-2052a7108/) to accelerate new business revenue, build repeatable sales motions, and partner closely with our customers to deliver transformational impact in healthcare.

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing, working alongside Kallie and Ryan
- Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution
- Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
- Handling objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships
- Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers
- Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery
What makes you a great fit- You have 3+ years experience selling to SMBs + enterprise customers. Selling into healthcare customers isn't mandatory but your passion for it is!
- You’re a driven hunter who thrives on building pipeline and closing new business in fast-moving environments
- You believe in ethical, consultative selling — building trust with customers while holding the line for the company
- You love solving complex problems with technology, and can translate product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
- You’re a natural relationship builder, able to influence clinicians, execs, and operators alike
- You take ownership and accountability, rallying teams to find solutions and always focusing on delivering real customer impact.
Compensation and benefits
- OTE is a 50/50 split, we will benchmark your salary based on your location and experience
- Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level
- Generous early stage options (extended exercise post 2 years employment)
- Regular in-person offsites, last were in Tenerife and Miami
- Monthly learning budget of $300 for personal development and productivity
- Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment
- Monthly budget of $150 to use towards a coworking space
- 25 days off a year + national holidays
