This role is for a seasoned sales professional with at least 8 years of enterprise SaaS experience who is ready to act as a "founding" representative for the Mediterranean region. You should be a bilingual (Spanish/English) high-performer who excels at navigating complex, six-figure deals and building market presence from scratch. As the first Enterprise AE in Madrid, you will have immense autonomy to shape Notion's footprint in a high-growth territory. While the role is based on-site three days a week, it offers the prestige of representing a category-defining AI tool and the potential to influence the global product roadmap based on local market insights. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a proven track record of closing large-scale deals with C-level stakeholders across Spain and the wider Mediterranean. * Thrive in "greenfield" environments where you have to build your own structure and pipeline. * Are passionate about AI and how it can consolidate the modern workplace tech stack. * Are fluent in both Spanish and English and comfortable working in a hybrid office model.
