This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 8 years of experience who is ready to act as a "founding" enterprise rep for the Nordic region. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing six-figure SaaS deals and possesses the entrepreneurial drive to build a market from scratch. Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is essential, as is a deep understanding of the local business landscape. As the first Enterprise Account Executive in Stockholm, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape the company’s regional go-to-market strategy. While you'll benefit from the brand power of a global leader in AI-driven productivity, you’ll be operating in a "greenfield" environment, making this perfect for someone who loves building structures where they don't yet exist. The role follows a hybrid "Anchor Day" model (Mon, Tue, Thu) in the Stockholm office. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully sold complex SaaS solutions into large Swedish or Norwegian enterprise accounts. * Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an under-penetrated market and generating your own pipeline. * Can present a compelling narrative to C-suite and IT leaders about digital transformation and AI. * Thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams.
