This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of selling technical SaaS products to engineering and product leadership. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of quota-carrying experience and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where they can help build a sales motion from the ground up rather than just following a pre-existing playbook.
Linear is shifting from a purely self-serve model to a product-led sales motion, offering a unique opportunity to shape the enterprise foundation of a high-growth company. While the company is remote-first, this specific role requires a hybrid presence in London (2–3 days a week) to collaborate with the expanding regional team.
