Business Unit Overview:

HoldMyTicket, a national leader in ticketing and event software based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to drive new business and expand our client base across entertainment, music, sports, and event industries. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, technology-driven environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships.

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting client needs assessments, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase HoldMyTicket’s powerful suite of event management, ticketing, and analytics tools. This position relies heavily on self prospecting and working with marketing to generate tailored campaigns. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills, with a proven ability to prospect, close deals and meet sales targets.

Working remotely within a supportive and close-knit team, the Account Executive will represent HoldMyTicket at trade shows and industry events, maintain an active sales pipeline through Salesforce, and provide consistent reporting on progress and forecasts. Success in this role requires persistence, creativity, and a passion for helping clients achieve their event goals through innovative ticketing technology.
