This role is designed for a seasoned B2B SaaS sales professional who is deeply embedded in the PropTech or multifamily housing ecosystem. With a requirement of 6+ years in account executive roles, the ideal candidate is a "hunter" who can build a pipeline from scratch and navigate complex sales cycles involving property owners and operators. You should be highly proficient in the modern sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) and comfortable acting as a market expert for customers.
