The ideal candidate has a deep technical foundation—likely an advanced degree in biology or bioinformatics—combined with at least 5 years of experience closing complex, multi-million dollar B2B SaaS deals. You should be comfortable navigating the R&D hierarchies of Top 10 global pharma companies and translating generative AI capabilities into tangible business value. As a remote employee based on the US East Coast, you will enjoy significant autonomy to "write the playbook" for a well-funded, growth-stage startup. While the base salary isn't specified, the package includes a "generous equity stake," signaling high upside for early team members. Proteins are the molecular machines of life, used for many therapeutic, diagnostic, chemical, agricultural and food applications. Designing and optimizing proteins takes a lot of expert knowledge and manual effort, through the use of custom computational and biological tools.
Machine learning is revolutionizing this space, by enabling high-fidelity protein models. At Cradle, we offer a software platform for AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins, so that biologists can design proteins faster and at scale. We are already used by clients across biopharma, biotech, agri-tech, food-tech, and academia.
