You should have a proven track record of hitting quotas and feel comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a scale-up. Beyond just closing deals, they are looking for someone with strong technical curiosity who can help define sales playbooks and consult with clients on productivity workflows. The compensation is highly competitive, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of **$180,000 – $230,000**. While listed as New York-based, keep in mind the unique hybrid structure: "Anchor Days" mean you’ll be in the office every **Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday**. ## About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across organizations with 500–3,000 employees.

This role is designed for top-performing hunters who consistently create pipeline, break into greenfield accounts, and close complex net-new deals. The primary responsibility is landing new logos, while also retaining the opportunity to grow the accounts you win over time in partnership with Customer Success.

Success in this role requires strong territory ownership, disciplined pipeline generation, executive selling, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.

This is not an inbound or expansion-only role - we are looking for sellers who thrive building business where none exists today.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 per year.
