This role is designed for an experienced sales professional based in the CEE or Baltics region who has a minimum of five years in sales and at least one year of specific experience in the Mid-Market segment. You should be a "hunter" who excels at developing greenfield territories and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation. Fluency in English plus at least one regional language (e.g., Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, etc.) is essential.
