This role is designed for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with at least 4 years of closing experience, specifically within the mid-market segment. You should have a proven track record of managing full-cycle sales—from cold prospecting to technical demonstrations—within a fast-paced environment. Since the focus is on AI-driven customer service tools, a background in selling complex software suites is essential. The compensation is highly competitive for the San Francisco market, with an OTE reaching up to $270k plus equity. While the role requires being in the office three days a week, it offers a strong culture of internal promotion and a "growth mindset" environment. The OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $226,100 - $270,040. Actual OTE pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The OTE pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
