This role is designed for a results-oriented sales professional with at least 2 years of experience closing deals in the SMB sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record within the ASEAN region, specifically working for high-growth SaaS startups or "unicorn" tech companies. You should be comfortable navigating the complexities of HR tech, payroll, and compliance while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
