This role is ideal for a high-energy, early-to-mid-career sales professional based in **Texas** who thrives in a high-velocity environment. You should have at least one year of experience carrying a full-cycle quota, ideally within EdTech or SaaS. Because this position focuses on "small-district" sales (enrollments under 1,000), it requires a hunter mentality comfortable with short sales cycles, high activity levels, and frequent outbound prospecting.
The compensation is competitive at **$130,000 OTE** ($80k base + $50k uncapped commission), and the role offers the flexibility of being **fully remote**. You will be joining an established leader in student safety with high employee engagement scores (82%) and a mission-driven culture. This is an excellent opportunity to own a specific regional territory and directly impact student well-being through AI-powered technology.
