You should have at least one year of experience carrying a full-cycle new-business quota, ideally within the EdTech or SaaS space. Because this position focuses on small districts and individual schools (under 1,000 students), it requires someone who can manage a large volume of deals and maintains a disciplined outbound prospecting routine. ### Key highlights The position offers a competitive $130,000 OTE (split as an $80k base and $50k uncapped commission). It is a fully remote role, though **residency in Texas is strictly required** to manage the local territory. You’ll be selling an industry-leading student safety platform that has high market recognition, supported by a company culture that boasts exceptionally high employee engagement and manager effectiveness ratings. ### You might be a good fit if you... * **Live in Texas** and have experience navigating the K-12 educational buying cycle. * **Excel at "short-cycle" sales**, moving from discovery to close quickly across a large pipeline. * **Are a proactive hunter** who enjoys building your own pipeline through outbound activity rather than just waiting for inbound leads. * **Have a background in teaching** (this is a preferred plus) or a deep passion for student mental health and digital safety.
