This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with a background in the IT reseller (VAR) market. It is ideal for a proactive "hunter-gatherer" who excels at managing a corporate client portfolio, navigating the complexities of IT hardware and software sales, and bridging the gap between vendor offerings and customer needs.
As a hybrid role based in Manchester, it offers a balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will work alongside an Account Director to scale key accounts, giving you exposure to high-value strategic deals while maintaining autonomy over your own pipeline. Success is measured by tangible revenue growth and CRM accuracy, making this a great fit for someone data-driven and commercially minded.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have a proven track record in IT reseller sales and understand the vendor ecosystem.
* Are comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and aggressive pipeline building.
* Can manage the "full cycle" of an account, from onboarding and managed services renewals to bill-and-hold negotiations.
* Possess strong negotiation skills and can maintain effectiveness in high-pressure, fast-paced sales environments.
