This role is designed for a seasoned SaaS professional with over 5 years of experience in high-stakes Account Management or Enterprise Sales. You should have a strong background in navigating complex contract negotiations and price discussions within the B2B tech space. Since this position focuses on renewals and expansion (upselling), it is ideal for someone who excels at executive-level stakeholder management and strategic relationship building.
The position offers a hybrid work model in Mexico City and provides significant upside through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As part of a high-growth "Unicorn" company that recently secured $500M in funding, you will have access to premium learning platforms like MasterClass and LinkedIn Learning. While you won't manage a direct report team, you will serve as a senior leader for internal projects and mentor junior team members.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have a proven track record of managing commercial renewals and MRR growth for enterprise accounts.
* Are comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives and Senior IT management.
* Possess a university degree in Business or Engineering and are fluent in both English and Spanish.
