This role is designed for a senior commercial professional with at least 4 years of experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Success. The ideal candidate is a "tech bug" who understands the nuances of B2B software sales and has a proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts. Since this is a senior-level position at a global "Unicorn" company, you’ll need high-level negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex legal contracts and "C-suite" relationships. As an Istanbul-based on-site employee, you’ll join a fast-paced environment backed by major investors like Sequoia Capital.
