This role is designed for a high-level strategic operator with 5–7 years of experience, likely coming from a **Big 4 management consulting** background or a fast-paced fintech/eCommerce startup. You aren’t just managing accounts; you are acting as a consultant for Fortune 500 retailers, using data to drive revenue growth and program optimization. The compensation is competitive at **$140,000 OTE** plus equity in a well-backed startup. While the role is listed as remote-friendly, there is a strong preference for candidates in the **San Francisco Bay Area**. You’ll enjoy high-level visibility, regularly presenting to C-suite executives and influencing the internal product roadmap. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have mastered the art of "multi-threading" relationships across large, complex organizations. * Enjoy digging into Tableau or Snowflake data to build ROI-focused business cases. * Can translate high-level corporate strategy into actionable project plans. * Are comfortable with 15–20% travel to meet with enterprise partners in person.

## About the Role:

As an Account Manager, Enterprise Growth Strategy you will be primarily focused on driving growth and strategy for Extend’s largest omnichannel merchants. This is a critical role centered on existing account growth, strategic relationship management, and optimization. This role requires a deeply strategic thinker with a proven track record in management consulting or dynamic startup environments who can translate high-level goals into actionable, measurable plans for our most strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
