You should have a "hunter" mindset focused on expansion rather than just renewals, with the ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and identify upsell opportunities within companies ranging from 250 to 5,000 employees. The compensation is competitive, with an OTE of $110,000 - $140,000 and an uncapped commission structure. This is a fully remote US-based position offering a $500 home office stipend and generous benefits, including 18 weeks of maternity leave and a flexible time off policy.
