The position sits at the intersection of relationship management and business strategy, requiring someone who understands revenue-share models and can hold their own during C-suite presentations. You should be comfortable using data (via tools like Tableau or Salesforce) to prove ROI and drive growth for a portfolio of mid-market merchants. As a senior-level role in a venture-backed company, it offers significant equity upside and the chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for new AI-driven product features.
