Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a specific background in the Public Sector. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of SaaS account management experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) or government accounts. You should have a strong technical grasp of software integrations like SSO and Directory services to effectively act as a cybersecurity advisor to IT and C-suite executives. The position offers excellent flexibility as a 100% remote role within the U.S., though a hybrid option exists for those near the Chicago headquarters. As a "Non-Exempt" senior-level role, it provides a stable foundation with a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid life insurance and a seniority-based PTO plan.
